The field at Reelig was first imagined as a riding centre in 2019 when Robin Pape was in discussion with Dan & Sarah about a new facility for the RDA. It was hoped then this would also be of benefit to the wider community. With the sad news in autumn 2025 that the Highland RDA group felt they could not continue with their lease, Dan & Sarah felt it was important not to waste what had been created so far and are determined to see it be available for the community to use.
